How many photographs do you think were used in the composition?
I believe there was 40-50 images used in this composition.

Were all of the photos taken at the same time of day?
. I believe some of the images were taken at different times of the day because you see there are some brighter and darker shadows on different areas of the buildings in the image.

Are there any obvious post-processing (Photoshop) enhancements?
. There are some parts in the image that you see are photoshopped. For example, a person and a car have a blurry look and there are different brightnesses in the image as well.

Any other considerations?
Overall, they were successful in their piece by making some images blurry and rustic looking, as well with adding different lighting settings and darker shadows to get that look they wanted in their piece.
