What Art? part 1 reflection
1) The mood of the images could be sad and irritated. One model has a blank and almost sad look. The other model has a blank and maybe angered look. Their posture looks tense.
2) These images were created with oil pastels and maybe even a little photoshop at some parts. I think more photoshop was used on the model in the second photo then the first one.
3) The role that color plays in these images is to make the image look more expressive and it helps enhance the mood more and help it show with the colors that were used. It helps make the mood more noticeable with the colors that were used on the expressions of the models faces.
4) I think the artist was trying to convey different people's emotions in art by using elaborate colors to get their message more visible. I think the effort was successful because they made the mood that they wanted to show visible in their artwork with the colors that they used.
